The Swagman PARAMOUNT Pad is our newest addition to the Tailgate Pad lineup. It is designed to be the best tailgate pad in the business. It's a quick, easy, and safe solution for hauling up to 4 bikes in the back of your midsize pickup, depending on their size! This rugged tailgate pad constructed of high-density foam covered with tarpaulin protects your bikes from damage while being an economical and easy way to transport your bikes to the trailhead.

- Stanchion pads prevent your bikes from flopping over onto each other during transport
- Mesh gear bags on the inside of the truck to keep all of your gear in one place
- Oversized latch access cover to use with as many truck latch placements as possible
- Latch access cover with clips to keep it open for use with backup cameras
- Nylon webbing for longer lifespan as opposed to poly webbing

- Carries up to 7 bikes depending on size and spacing

-Ultra-stiff stanchion pads keep bikes upright and safely off of each other during travel.
-UV resistant integrated bike straps with removable Velcro straps to secure on the downtube. I can personally attest to the UV resistant material on these – while my pad from another company had extreme UV deterioration after just 1 summer to the point that the straps were falling apart/no longer safe to secure my bike with, I’ve been running my Paramount since its’ release in 2020 and the straps are in nearly pristine condition. Even with living on the truck year-round!
-Extra large access flap makes unlatching your tailgate a breeze, no more shoving your hands down into the depths behind the pad to release the tailgate. We’ve even included 2 buckle points – one to keep the flap closed, one to keep it open so the use of a backup camera is maintained.
-Integrated mesh pockets on the backside allow for a stench-free drive home after a sweaty summer ride. I wouldn’t be caught dead in an enclosed vehicle with my riding shoes post-ride…. Or kneepads, at that!
-Backside is lined with fleece to prevent tailgate rub. Smooth and bare should be saved for aerodynamics, not tailgates that have been rubbed bare by tailgate pads! Simply rinse the fleece off with water to release any sand/road grit that has collected, and protect the finish of tailgates.
-Midsize is perfect for compact trucks like Toyota Tacomas, Ford Rangers (old and new body styles), older Mazda B-series.
