Designed specifically for longer distances on newer and clean snow. Excellent in warm conditions, but also very competitive at lower temperatures. The speed of the waxing iron should be approx. 8-10 seconds for a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min.) for better durability. Scrape after waiting about one minute. It is important to have a good waxing iron in order to melt the wax efficiently. Recommended waxing iron temp.: 155°C.

Excellent grip. - New fallen snow -12°C to -25°C (10°F to -12°F). - Old fine-grained snow -15°C to -30°C (5°F to -22°F). As the name indicates, this is hardwax made for the coldest conditions. Frequently used in the polar regions of Europe and North America. The V-Line of hard kick waxes is made for racing and recreational skiing. Their quality is very high due to fully refined petroleum waxes, synthetic rubbers, and pharmaceutical-quality oils.

Perfect for "real" winter conditions. Fluoro free, blue kick wax for cold and dry winter conditions. - Fluror free kickwax - For racing - For new and new fallen fine-grained snow from -4°C to -10°C (25°F to 14°F). - Old/partly transformed snow from -5°C to -14°C (23°F to 7°F). Blue kick wax is designed for dry and cold winter conditions. A safe choice for normal midwinter inland conditions. Apply each layer thin – then smoothen the surface with a synthetic cork (T12). The VP-line is primarily designed for racers and ambitious non-racing individuals but can also be used by recreational skiers who want the optimum skiing experience.

The LFX series is great gliders for training and competition with very good glide properties. Temperature range from -2°C to -8°C (28°F to 18°F). Recommended iron temp.: 140°C (284°F). LF07X performs great in normal winter conditions below the freezing point. Its hardness makes it convenient to work with and easy to get a good end-result. Can be used as a racing wax at low air humidity, but will also serve the purpose as a brilliant training wax. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating ski or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Important to have a good iron to get an efficient melting of the wax. When used as a base for Cera F, we recommend the new FC07X powder.

Fluor Free Hydrocarbon wax -4°C to +4°C. Good training wax. Easy to warm in. Good in dry conditions. - A soft wax covering both sides of the freezing point - Great for base prep and training use Temperature range from -4°C to 4°C (25°F to 39°F). Recommended iron temp: 130°C (266°F). A continuation of the std. CH8. An economic training and racing wax as well as base prep wax for warm skis. Easy to melt and very convenient to work with. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Important to have a good iron to get an efficient melting of the wax.

Durable base wax! Base kick wax for transformed and new snow. Improved wear on kick wax. To be used as first layer for all hard waxes in new fallen snow, transformed fine-grained snow and old snow from +1°C to -20°C (30°F to -4°F). Rub on and iron in with a waxing iron (110°C/230°F). Cork smooth. Base wax is much easier to apply when it is cold. Store it in the fridge or in the snow before application.

It is important that the scraper is sharp at all times. This makes it easy and effective to work on the base surface. The less sharp the scraper is, the more pressure is required. This may negatively affect the properties of the base. Sharpen the scraper using Swix T0408, T410 and T412-220.
